Matt Preston Appointed by Iowa Supreme Court Order

Matt Preston has been appointed, by Order of the Iowa Supreme Court, to be a member of a taskforce to make a comprehensive review of Iowa’s Rules of Civil Procedure. This is the first comprehensive review of the Rules since their enactment in 1943. Mr. Preston has also been elected to the Board of Governors of the Linn County Bar Association.
