Car Accident Causing Vision Loss in One Eye

Our client was sued by other driver involved in an automobile crash for making a left turn into the other driver’s lane of traffic. Our client, who effectively lost sight in one eye due to her injuries from the crash, counterclaimed that the Plaintiff was the one who was negligent in causing the crash because she was speeding and had failed to keep a proper lookout.
